1. What WorldStream is
WorldStream is a directory (index) of links to video streams that are already publicly and freely available on the internet. We operate like a search engine: we display and organize public links, but the content itself is neither ours nor stored on our systems.
2. We do not host or rebroadcast content
WorldStream does not host, store, upload, record or rebroadcast any audio-video stream on its own servers. We do not own, operate or control the streaming servers. When you press „play", your browser connects directly to the third-party source server, exactly as if you opened that link elsewhere. We do not proxy, intermediate or modify the stream.
3. Source of the links
The links come from public, third-party sources, primarily the open-source iptv-org project, freely distributed on the internet. We do not generate, decode or „crack" these streams.
4. Free-to-air (FTA) and free content
The purpose of WorldStream is to help access free-to-air (FTA) channels and streams that are broadcast publicly and free of charge by their owners — precisely the kind of content that broadcasters themselves make openly available. „Free-to-air" means broadcasts intended for free reception by anyone, without subscription, encryption or payment.
We do not target and do not encourage access to paid, encrypted or protected content. We do not circumvent or facilitate the circumvention of any technical protection measure (DRM), paywall, geo-restriction or authentication system. We provide no keys, passwords or unlocking methods.
5. No affiliation and no liability for content
WorldStream has no affiliation, sponsorship or association with the broadcasters, rights holders or sources of the indexed streams. We have no editorial control over the content played and assume no liability for its legality, accuracy, quality or availability. Any trademark, logo or channel name belongs to its respective legal owners and is used solely for identification.
6. User responsibility
Laws on receiving broadcasts differ from country to country. You are solely responsible for ensuring that viewing particular content is legal in your jurisdiction. By using the site you confirm that you use it for lawful, personal purposes.
7. No warranty
The service is provided „as is" and „as available", without warranties of any kind. Third-party links may be unavailable, regionally blocked or may stop working at any time, without notice.
8. Takedown notice (DMCA / copyright)
We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to valid notices. If you are the rights holder or an authorized representative and believe a link indexed here infringes your rights, send us a notice containing:
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- the exact link/channel on WorldStream pointing to the content;
- your contact details (name, email);
- a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized representative and act in good faith;
- your signature (electronic is sufficient).

9. Prohibited content
We actively exclude adult content (flagged NSFW) and remove any link reported as illegal. We do not tolerate the promotion of content that breaks the law.
